Happy lovely day friends,
I feel lucky to call this region my home, we have the best of all worlds here. Seriously, the more I know the more I love it. Hopefully you are basking in the warm weather (how is it mid-June already!) and exploring the wonderful experiences around.
This week World Cup kicks off and literally every single bar, restaurant and others are streaming it on their screens. No jokes, go to any place close to your home and you’ll see ⚽ Waterloo has a watch party this Friday, Kitchener is streaming every game on a 21foot screen, Cambridge is the same with Galt buzzing with music and soccer!
Apart from Pride, and Indigenous history, we are celebrating our elders this month too. A good reminder to be a loving ally and share a warm hug 🤗
Let’s enjoy the rhythm.
with love,
your friendly neighbourhood goose 🦆

JUNE DINNER CLUB
We connect online and then we meet in person to create magic!
If you're new here, here's how it works:
✦︎ Take a quick quiz about your interests, food preferences, and the kinds of people you'd love to share a table with.
✦︎ Get matched with a few other Waterloo Region Rhythm community members based on your answers.
✦︎ Receive your invite the morning of the dinner - restaurant details included, no guessing required.
✦︎ Show up, eat well, meet people. Then follow everyone to a secret after-party spot, revealed at the table.

The first-ever Waterloo Region Rhythm Couples-only Dinner is happening Friday, June 19 in Cambridge.
Cambridge in June, by the water, surrounded by beautiful architecture? That's basically a date night, but better cause you get to make friends as a couple 😄
One important thing: when you sign up, click the Bring +1 button on the right side of the checkout screen. The default is a single seat - skip that step and the matching won't work the way it's supposed to.

RIDDLE ME
Mostly everyone got last week’s answer right. I was surprised to learn Six Nations has less than 5% of the granted land.
This week’s riddle is in the next section 🏠
HOME OF THE WEEK MEETS TRIVIA
The game: see the house, guess the price.
The contestant: a 2016 Kiwanis Park custom build that backs onto a forest. The builder made it for his own daughter, so you know nobody phoned anything in.
The visual.
The receipts:
Two pantries. Ready for the next season.
A basement built for a golf simulator and home theatre. Your move, winter.
Forest views from the primary suite. Walk-in closets multiplying like rabbits.
EV charger. Landscaping that minds its own business.
So, what's the asking price?
Talk to WRR partner Cheryl Goetz, Real Estate Agent, REAL Broker Ontario Ltd. about the listing.

ROAM & RAZZLE
Because there is so much to explore every-single-day.
